It took 4 months to close on a simple real estate contract. There were huge mistakes in the paperwork and the turn around time was extensive. There was never an apology or any rush to fix the mistakes, when confronted on the multiple mistakes, they blamed the assistant Kristie, who was rude, and incompetent but continued to use her for the corrections. Yesterday we had documents sent over and the buyer and seller were backwards.... Just appalling.

Mark has a great legal mind. With his background in business he offers great perspective for one's business needs. He charges a reasonable rate and works quickly. Also, he responded to all of my emails in a very short timeframe- something I'm sure you appreciate as much as I do. He came recommended to me by my bookkeeper and I'm very pleased at how it worked out.
