If you would like a competent attorney then hire Mark Viel, I found him to be well prepared at our meetings. I was appealing denial of disability claim, all aspects of my illness were reviewed and documentation gathered for support of each statement claimed in suit. Even the smallest details were reviewed. During this process I found Mark to be a caring and friendly person easy to communicate with and a down to earth atmosphere. I would highly recommend Mark Viel, based on my experience he is highly qualified.

Mr. Viel has not fully retired. He is still willing to take on a few select cases. More importantly, if he can't help you, he can refer you to a competent attorney, based on his 40 years of experience dealing with other attorneys.
