Never heard a word from them (or the people it originated from). I saw on my credit report that it was there. I called August 2014. The woman I spoke to said that there was a note on my file and that she would have to get back to me. Never heard a word from her until I got a civil suit delivered to my house. I never argued against paying. I was trying to pay in August and now I have to pay court fees along with what I already owe. They are a shady company. I've had to deal with collection agencies before and NEVER have they been so unprofessional. I'm never against paying what I owe. I had a car accident from a seizure and was unemployed for 6 months. I fell behind on bills. I realize this is my fault and am willing to pay. I just think its messed up when a company doesn't ever contact you about a debt and yet they sue you. They should lose their license for their practices. I also asked if they would look into the recorded conversation we had back in August (they say that all the conversations are recorded) and she refused and said that she remembers what she said. Whats the point of recording conversations if they remember everything so well and they refuse to go back to them.

The rudest most arrogant person to speak with Mr. Attorney. They don't return calls and berate you on the phone like they are better than anyone. SHAME ON YOU!!! Worst attorney I have ever dealt with!!!
