When my brother moved in, it was VERY nice. this building is now a filthy dump! The tenants complain that they can never reach management, the elevator is constantly broken, the outside of building and the foyer is ALWAYS nasty and we got stuck on the handicap elevator (which is never in service) last week. There is a big gaping hole in the wall from the inside entrance door handle hitting the DRYWALL. Why is there not a more study material on the wall, why is this place nasty and why isn't the City Of Detroit doing inspections on their property????

It's a really nice apartment building. As far as I'm concerned it's a real quiet one. I would say that it's worth the money

Very unprofessional! I feel bad for the people that live here cause I bet they can never get in touch with the leasing lady ; Management basically robbed Me for my money! If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! I previously was trying to move here for 2 months ! Management never answers the phone ; I went to the leasing office several times & the lady was never there. It had been times I waited 30 mins to hour on her to come into work I use go to the leasing off early soon as it was supposed to open but she never showed up , I had to call everyday day go up there everyday just so I can talk to someone because she never answer the phone I left several voicemails, I left notes at her office, I emailed her , she need an assistant cause she is never in her office! When I finally got in contact with Angela Taylor the manager, I filled out my Application & it was hard trying to get it back to her because she never was there when I finally was able to turn it in! I paid my money & she said she’ll call me back tomorrow to let me know if I got approved & this was back in March ! Now it’s April still haven’t heard anything from this lady & did I mention I started this process in February! This place is very very unprofessional!

Slum Lords. 3 years. Nothing gets fixed. Constant power outages. Pest problems. Gated parking is an illusion. They’ve changed management leaders every year. The laundry rooms a joke. My apartment kitchen flooded and for 3 days there was nobody to talk to at all. Paid for a plumber no reimbursement. Whole kitchen soaked and carpet in living room. And I’m told I can’t be moved to another apartment because their all updated. Make that make sense. So I’m supposed to stay in the sh!t house? That’s great management!!

This is literally the worst place to live. Do not waste your time. The only thing this place had going for them is the location being in new center. The building is dirty dirty dirty. The tile in the lobby is two different colors because someone was stabbed in the lobby and they had to replace some tile. Why not make it all one color, like how tacky. The whole building needs a renovation. The door on the parking lot has been broken forever and people just park in there. Oh how could I forget the DOOR to get in is always broke all you have to do is pull it and it’ll open. Not safe at all. Let’s not even talk about management. There is no way to get in contact with anyone when you have issues. Nothing. They have a maintenance guy who they obviously just found somewhere he’s awful and lives in the building. There is also a drug dealer who lives in the building I mean this place is a mess I could literally go on and on but I’m sure you get the point.
