I usually don’t write reviews. However it is a pleasure to let people know about my great experience with Marten Law because it was one of a kind. Fist of all I had spoken to at-least 10 other law firms and none really gave me the feeling that I wanted to be represented by them. I called Marten Law and left a message. I got a return call promptly by Alfred Martin personally before he was going into court. He gave me advice before even hiring him and told me the process and possible solutions and outcomes. He was very personable, compassionate, educated, and honest. I don’t think much lawyers are like that. I took his advice, tried to avoid litigation, but eventually had to hire him. His whole team is great, his paralegal Amber was such a great help with putting all my paper work together, helping me find documents, making it easy for me to be prepared for my case. I just want to express my gratitude to Marten Law for helping me with my case and being passionate about what you do. If you are looking for a great Family Lawyer look no further than Marten Law. Had a great experience with Marten Law, P.A. I had called numerous family attorneys in the South Florida area the same day and they're the only law firm for which I feel compelled to write a review.... a five star review. Mr. Marten got back to me promptly after having left a message earlier in the day (he was in a mediation). He advised me on a potential child custody issue free of charge. Highly professional, knew the statutes and made sure he understood all the pertinent information before offering advice. I never felt rushed. He took his time to make sure I understood the various options and potential outcomes. And oh yeah... it didn't cost me a dime. He did it for free. Every other lawyer I called wanted $350-$500 just to get on the phone with me, without me even knowing if retaining a lawyer would be necessary. If it comes time to retain a family lawyer, I know who I'm going with; Marten Law. Thank you Marten Law. And no, I'm not a bot or a "fake" paid reviewer... I'm just very satisfied with the advice and professionalism of this law firm that wants to understand the issue before asking you to pull out your wallet. In discussing my case Mr Martin, provided me top notch answers to my divorce decree from another state, provided guidance on the procedural process. And referral for a labor attorney, top notch professional and direct.

Overall, I had a great experience using Mr. Marten services. Having no upfront consultation fee is one of the reasons that made me decide to choose Marten Law for my legal issue since I was able to have all my questions answered before I even made a commitment. When I asked questions, they were answered without me feeling like I was being rushed, and best of all, with frankness. Uploading documents were easy, as everything was through an online portal that was well built, with a nice UI, and I could easily follow the process of my case through there. Email communications were concise, with constant updates, and almost no hiccups. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Marten Law.

Very easy to talk to, good follow up and honest about predicting realistic outcomes. He is a very hard worker and followed up with me even when on vacation halfway across the world. Very dedicated to what he does and is extremely patient. You will feel confident when dealing with him and his office. Amber was lovely as well and followed up when Mr Marten was not able to if held up on another case or at court. They are a smaller firm, friendly, and personable. He handled a very sensitive custody modification for me which ended up completely in my favor and I couldn't be more relieved or happier.
