Been there 6 mths, they put 3 people in the hospital last year due to the heat, corporate office next door, no one had heat stoke there, managers in air condition...they don't care about hourly employees, super visor Victor talks with employees about how to make moonshine..illegal activity. Super visor frank asleep in the back office multiple occasions. Force you to buy tools to make their product. Apparently I needed to learn Spanish, in order to do my job. Very unhappy with my employment with this company. Do not work for them. Hourly employees are not listened too. Refuse to repair equipment causing you to mop up oil repeatedly during your shift over and over again same problem everyday SSDD
Piece of shot (replace o with i) company. Horrible work conditions. Worse pay. Chinese sweat shops have better work conditions. No AC. No heat. Terrible pay. Horrendous! To avoid having an employee retire, they terminate the employee. I hope the hottest level of hell is reserved for the management and upper management at this sorry, pathetic, excuse of a corporation.
I worked at this place for 28 years at first i earn every penny i got paid Ross jhonson was the best manager ever. I became a supervisor giving more than 100% but learn that more you give they want more. After few years they hire the worst managers at fort worth division they had to learn the hard way in order to keep fort worth division working i do not recomend this a good place to work they treat you like slaves.
This is not a good place to work. Low pay but the expect you to work like your making $30 an hr. Not climate controlled. Extremely hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Avoid this place at all cost. Also, make sure your tool box is secure. My toolbox was broken into and I just had $2000 worth of tools stolen out of my toolbox. All my OD and Hub mics were stolen out of my toolbox. Guess what, yes your right, nobody saw anything. Thieves work here so be warned.
Hands down the most unprofessional organization I have ever worked for. Not only is communication nonexistent, management is unqualified for positions they hold. This organization is no different than politics, whoever tells the best lies and/or has friends in the right places fares the best.
