We were sued and it was awful. Our insurance company hired this firm. We had never heard of them. The attorney assigned to our case explained the process and represented us through trial and a jury verdict. The process was long, it took two years. Our insurance company hired the firm and decided to take the case all the way to trial (I guess that's why it took so long, and we did not have much input on what the insurance company wanted to do). We had no idea that when you have insurance the insurance company decides if you settle or go to trial, and if you refuse or interfere you can lose your coverage (so heed the recommendations and advice of the insurance company)! So we went along, but we were worried. When we saw how skilled these lawyers were during the trial we realized why the company wanted them. They were so much better than the rude jerks who sued us. They were extremely competent and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and will hire them for any future problems (hopefully that won't happen!). Just be careful in what insurance company you pick, some settle everything, others don't! Your insurance company dictates a lot of what will happen during your trial.

I had a great experience. Mr. Martinez is very good with insurance and with trials. He was the best trial attorney out of all of the attorneys in the Courtroom. He was able to protect me from a financial disaster and found out things about my insurance I had not idea would help me. Highly recommended!

I have known the attorneys associated with this firm for 15+ years and know for a fact they are extremely ethical, will always put clients first, will guide the client through the process from beginning to end all while giving their professional opinion on how a matter should or should not be handled. They are very familiar with the laws and the ongoing litigation environment in our State. There have been times when I wanted to fight something tooth and nail and I have trusted in the attorneys as this firm to guide me and they do with clear explanations. The fact of the matter is the final decision to litigate or settle is not what this firm decides, they give their opinion and then proceed as their client advises them to but they always always are open, honest and ethical! I know for most folks this process can be emotionally and financially stressful which is why a solid firm such as this one is always best on your side. Highly highly recommend this firm!

I would not use this law firm. They were chosen by my insurance company to represent my company in a slip and fall accident. The attorney Kim Beckwith decided to settle the case without exploring any avenues that would negate liability. Mainly that customer's injuries occurred in their house for a service they requested. Over my objection this lawfirm decided to settle. If given the choice I would have chosen a lawfirm with a back bone. Not one that would state "this is what you have insurance for"!
