My family has used Daniel Martinez for traffic violations. He took care of everything. What's good is that he can give you time to pay. He got my warrant dropped even when I didn't have money to pay up front. After a couple months of saving, I was able to go to court and pay off my fines and take care of business without worrying about having a order for arrest over my head Every time I saw an officer.

I don't know what happened to my previous review from 2 years ago but Daniel Martinez is the WORST lawyer I have ever had to deal with. I hired him to write a Cease & Desist letter to a competitor that was harassing & cyber stalking me. He acted all excited about doing it and once I paid him online (we never met in person) he did a crappy job for me and NEVER called me back or responded to me in any way. He did NOT show me the letter before it was sent out and if he had I would NOT have approved it. It was a letter that a 5th grader could write. He did not look at ANY of the information I provided him and also he did not send this Cease & Desist letter by Certified Mail. So who even knows if my stalker received it?? I made him write a second letter to correct all of the mistakes from the first. This guy is not only completely incompetent but he is a scammer. He will feign interest in your case until you PAY him, and then he doesn't care one bit. He won't return calls or emails and his knowledge of law is pathetic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I can say I have known mr Martinez for a long time, I met his father (an amazing person). Daniel is a fantastic lawyer and he will let you know if he could work on the case or not. Also, do not forget to ask the question to him or any other lawyer if they could work on the case.

Daniel has been a great lawyer to me! He has helped me with some cases and all I can say is that he is not your typical lawyer that will just be there for your money; he will actually care and help you in the best possible way he can. nI def recommend him!
