Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It took about two months to finally get one email response and then when I emailed back to set up an appointment, again, complete silence. How they even maintain a “business” is beyond understanding.
I've been coming here over 10 years and have never had a problem doing my taxes. The gals up front are friendly. They get really busy so it helps to call them ahead of time. Parking can be different so give yourself extra time for that.
I did my taxes here mr Francisco is a good honest man..all staff very friendly and helpful...in and out ..very fast..very professional...my family all did there taxes here and came iut very happy with results...stop by check it out
The tax accountant knew a lot about the changing rules and regulations. I felt that I was in safe hands. The three stars are given because the front desk person made mistake on my direct deposit information which caused for my federal deposit to take a longer time to verify and I stead of being deposited directly to my account I had to have it sent through the mail. I am still waiting for my california deposit. Usually when I went to H&R block they would correct their mistake and resend the file, but with Martinez & Martinez when I went to have them fix it, it meant just wait until it gets sent through the mail. Plus I also went twice to their offic to convince them to check my direct deposit numbers because I had a bad feeling by the time my deposit didn't show up on my bank account. The first time I went I was told to wait, so they didn't even verify my account information. After I waited and told them that the federal website has posted they will nownow s it to be through the mail because of issues through direct deposit. They had a hard time believing me. I had to ask again, " can you please check my bankbank information". Which they were helpful then, but I had to wait for another person with access to that Information to call me. But the just told me to wait. H&R would usually resend it.
