I am so happy that I made the decision to hire Mr Spivack as my attorney. He has done an excellent job of representing me in my divorce and has been wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and has kept my children's best interest at heart. In fact, I'm so happy with him, that a new issue has arisen and I have hired him to represent me with that as well. I hired attorney spivack because in the interview I had with him he seemed like the more aggressive attorney that could help me with my custody case when neither parent is an unfit parent. I did my homework to get any and all documentation that I thought would help or that they other party might argue against and when needed it was used and used aggressively. Court date was over a year of waiting and court was 7 hours. In the end when we thought it was going to be a close call we won what i was seeking. I couldnt be happier, especially having never gone through something like this before. I would recommend him to anyone needing family or defense law. Thank you for everything Attorney Spivack!
