We were fortunate enough to find a strong and tough lawyer that also had a lot of heart.

This attorney defends a psychotic army sergeant who is so psychotic he put a permanent seal on his psych records. I have permanent injury to my heart and my lungs because of the army nut. He damaged the walls of his apartment so severely it took 4 months for the complex to fix it and they charged him for the damages. I also have the drywall guy kn tape stating the severe damage he has in his apartment. I have videos of him banging on his walls and a witness testified out of 4 hours one day he was visiting me, that this man banged on his wall for two out of four hours. He even wiretapped me and turned over video in discovery where he tape recorded me being on the phone inside of my apartment telling friends and family he is smoking so much and causing me harm. Wiretapping is a federal crime. The complex paid me money because of him smoking. This lawyer also has ex parte hearings with the judge. Did I mention the nut smoked in a smoke free apartment and this lawyer feels it is okay. He also commits perjury while wearing his full military uniform. In my opinion, this lawyer needs mental help just like his client to feel this is okay. I repeat. THE PSYCHO MOVED INTO A SMOKE FREE APARTMENT AND SMOKED SO MUCH I DEVELOPED ASTHMA. WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF MEETING HIM, HE WAS SO BELIGERENT TOWARDS ME I HAD TO CALL WOOSTER POLICE. HE EVEN STALKS ME. SINCE THIS LAWYER FORCED ME TO DIVULGE MY ADDRESS DURING A DEPOSITION HIS PSYCHO CLIENT DRIVES OVER 2 HOURS TO SIT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE AND WATCH ME. THE MAN NEEDS SERIOUS MENTAL HELP. THE ARMY SHOULD BE EMBARASSED FOR NOT GIVING THE MAN PROPER TREATMENT. THE MAN EVEN SLAPPED HIS YOUNG SON SO HARD I HEARD IT THROUGH THE WALLS. HIS CHILD WOULD SCREAM BLOODY MURDER AND HAVE BRUISES ON HIS FACE AND ARMS. I REPORTED HIM TO CPS IN WOOSTER AND THEY TOLD ME TO VIDEOTAPE THE ABUSE. WHEN I WOULD TAKE VIDEOS, HE WOULD BECOME SO VIOLENT, PROSECUTOR LUTZ TOLD HIM IF HE DOESNT STOP, HE WILL GO TO JAIL FOR 6 MONTHS AND FACE A 1000.00 FINE. A few days later, he moved out. He would follow me when I went to the dumpster, etc. He was so close to me he could touch me. HIS NEW NEIGHBORS ALSO HAVE ISSUES WITH THE SAME NUT AND HIS VIOLEN BEHAVIORS. THIS ATTORNEY FEELS IT IS ALL OKAY AND ACCEPTABLE TO ABUSE YOUR CHILD AND AGAIN SMOKE IN A SMOKE FREE APARTMENT KNOWING YOU ARE INJURING YOUR NEIGHBOR. THEY BOTH SOUND LIKE A THREAT TO SOCIETY. HEY, FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE I GET TO TALK ABOUT IT. NOT SIGNING A CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENT IS AWESOME. IN FACT, I JUST MIGHT HAVE TO BREAK THE 50 PAGE ONE I SIGNED WITH THE COMPLEX. I WANT TO JOIN BACK IN WITH ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO FEEL THEY ARE FRAUDULENT ALSO.
