Matthew E. Exton

Matt Exton is an awesome attorney! He listened to the nuances of our case, helped us create a plan, and maintained an aggressive, but kind, stance to the person we were prosecuting. He was professional and on-time, in person and quick to respond by phone and email. His courtroom demeanor was calm and collected, and totally on point. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted when we went into this process, but as it developed over the course of several months Matt was flexible and gave great advice on how to proceed. Ultimately, we have finished our case and are very happy with the results.
Matt is a great attorney to work with. I am a man who had been fighting for equal time with my kids. After multiple trips back to court over 10 years and multiple attorneys, Matt was the only attorney that actually listened to me and what I had to say. He came up with a solid plan and stuck to it. I never felt unsure during the process and at the end I got equal time! His price is very fair and definitely worth the money!
Attorney Exton and his staff are an exceptional group of professionals. They recognize the weight of the matter at hand through the clients eyes and the value of personal communication. While they are very professional they also convey the appreciation they feel for me as the 'customer'. I never felt like they were doing me a favor by taking my case. Their work ethic is rare and refreshing to find the in the times we live in! I highly recommend Matthew Exton and his staff.
Attorney Exton did a FANTASTIC job handling our legal needs! We would recommend him for any of your legal issues. He was thorough and thoughtful even when we needed things explained more than once. I never felt overcharged for his time. 5 Stars!!
After 15 months and tens of thousands of dollars my divorce hasn’t moved an inch in a year. Many mistakes. Disorganized, disheveled, disinterested, disrespectful. This month he insisted “we” hire a friend of his as a consultant. He asked for a $5000 retainer and the next day wrote again saying he actually needed $10,000. He could not tell me what benefit I might derive from this man’s services. I am changing lawyers. He should change his name. Call himself Bill….. short for billable hours.
