This attorney office is hands down one of the best out there. Dale Henley handled two wrecks that I had and from the beginning to the end it was a pleasure to have him and his team by my side. If you are looking for someone to treat you like family and not just a client this is where you should be.
I paid $496,016 to this firm from July 2013 until October 2017, working primarily with Kevin Vice, on three lawsuits I brought as a Plaintiff, two being business law cases of breach of contract, fraud, theft, etc., one being personal injury, and hiring this firm was the #1 WORST THING I EVER DID IN MY LIFE.nnIn June 2016, after fully three years on the main case, in a meeting he stated regarding one theft claim "We'll tell the jury the defendant didn't have one before he met you, he bought one for you, and now he has one, so that is evidence he stole yours." I replied "He had four of these." Vice replied: "We won't tell the jury." He was going to mislead the jury. He had zero knowledge of four basic facts of the case. He then said he would quit if I did not sign an agreement to never tell anyone how bad or good he was, i.e. he wanted a free pass to do a terrible job at trial, and not have anyone know what a disaster he was.nnI replied I had paid every bill, in full usually the day I got it, for three years, a total $500,000, $16,000 a month for 36 months, and been a friendly great client, and thought this was unreasonable. And so he QUIT!!! This was 8 weeks before a trial!! This led to a horrendous scramble to find a new lawyer, costs to bring them up to speed, and delays. I am now out an ADDITIONAL $486,000 to the next lawyer, and liable for $305,000 more for Rule 167 fees, and my suits are basically dead! I LOST $1.2 million DUE TO HIRING THIS FIRM!nnIf you are thinking of hiring this firm, please be aware they can take your money for years, drag the case out, and then quit right before the trial. Astonishing, and zero integrity.nnI wish there was A zero-star rating, or a pile of dog poop symbol instead of a star, which is what I would give this firm. There are hundreds of other lawyers, and I wish I never ever met any of these people. I plan to file an extensive complaint with the state bar, and believe Kevin Vice's license should be revoked.
