As mediator, Ashley demonstrated unprofessional attitude as she stated to me during exchanges, "you know the courts favor the mothers, right?" Talk about sexist and prejudicial! The other side was quick to agree to an, 8/6. Custody arrangement but we continued to argue over an increase in child support...all about the money rather than what's best for my children. At the end of the mediation, Ashley told me and my attorney that the other side had agreed to our final proposal but did not sign it. Ashley unethically violated the terms of the mediation agreement and later on refused to acknowledge that an agreement had been made. Ashley Tollakson is a disgrace to family law!
