WARNING! Terrible customer service. It took McAndrews and Associates TWO MONTHS to prepare a simple 1040 (with normal deductions) return for my business. I reminded them that I paid up front when I did not get my tax return completed by the one month mark. It still took them another month to prepare the return. When I asked why my taxes had increased almost $4,000 thousand dollars from the previous year, the preparer got combative and couldn't answer my questions. H&R Block did the same exact return in 5 days (I had H&R Block redo the return from scratch). When I had questions for H&R block, they sat down with me and explained everything (I still owed money, but far less). I am very satisfied with all of the tax returns H&R Block prepared for me. I will never use McAndrews and Associates again. Save yourself the trouble and go to H&R Block or any other accountant you can find.

I read the other review and don't find this to be the case at all. They have always treated me professionally and very timely. They even spent the extra time to explain my filing issues and address my questions. They advised me on several tax savings strategies that will save me $4500 next year. I'm sticking with them.
