Mr. McCarty has has several of my cases and I have recommended in highly to others. He’s always returned my calls even after hours he’s still gotten back with me . He don’t beat around the bush or sugar coat things he tells up upfront how it is . I couldn’t thank this man enough for going above and beyond for helping me in my case. When I talked to Jon on the phone he seemed really nice. I emailed him and told him lets hold off on my contract so I can do some more research. Once I done my research i emailed him all the details I wanted in my contract. Ive emailed three times and called his office 3 times and left a message. I have still not heard back from Jon.

Mr. McCarty has returned calls timely, has done more than asked, and is very direct. Not everyone appreciates that, but we do. We have no room or tolerance for beating around the bush, and he understands that. His direct approach gains the necessary winning results. I highly recommend him if you’re wanting to just get things taken care of. Lawyers aren’t paid to be nice, they’re paid to do a job. His professional demeanor is just an added bonus in our opinion.

Couldn't help with my case. Refunded the retainer, but mailed it to an old address I haven't lived at in 4 years. Don't know how they got that address when my current address was on the copy of the citation that I emailed to their office.(Clearly he never looked at it) Took 4 months to finally get the refund. They took $38 out of my refund for a stop check fee because THEY sent the check to the wrong address.
