I highly suggest finding another representative to represent you in your case! I am an active client and have been for 6 years! Yes my emotions are high I wasn’t professional but when someone says something at the beginning of the contract that they would in fact be there for you through your process and you paid $20,000 to have this representation but when needed they say that’s not our realm, or you need to talk to your PO, or talk to your treatment! It was stated at the beginning of my contract that I would have them to represent me through this process for violations or trying to get off early! Not that I was disgruntled as a customer which not all customers are happy especially in this type of situation they state they won’t help me! This is not what I signed up for when I signed them to represent me and everything I have accomplished thus far I had to do on my own! I give two stars only for the work Ted did at the beginning of this process because like his paralegal said your not in prison right? Lol I highly suggest finding another lawyer to represent you in your trial as if you become unhappy at any moment and express it they will abandon you to the courts!!! This is not right and these people are here for money more then the well being of their clients!

I cannot truly express our appreciation for Mr. McClintock's efforts in our case. We were faced with false accusations from a very unstable female and it took a year to finally have the truth be heard. Most nerve recking experience ever, to be falsely accused of a sexual assault allegation. And to have to fight for your innocence, I must say was just painful in so many aspects. Years ago you were innocent until proven guilty. Nowadays the courts have changed, now it's you're guilty until proven otherwise.
