Mr McDaniel did an AMAZING job with my custody case. My husband and I had no legal standing in a custody case regarding our niece. She had unofficially lived with us but that was it. Other attorneys said it wasn't even possible for us to obtain legal standing. Pat gave us realistic expectations and we went for it. We got not just legal standing but exactly what we wanted in terms of custody. He was very knowledgeable and was able to calm my nerves and help us emotionally and mentally through the process. He returned all of our calls in a timely manner and was never too busy to explain anything we didn't understand in great detail. He also was the most reasonable option in regard to pricing and set us up with a payment plan we could actually afford.He has practiced law in Uniontown for over 40 years meaning he knows everyone within our local legal system and I believe that is a great asset in and of itself. I highly recommend him to anyone going through a custody battle. I have also heard he does great work with Divorces, Adoptions and Estates. I read some great reviews about Travis Rhodes another attorney who is working in his office as well and he seems to be a great Criminal Defense Attorney. so his office is a one time stop for all your legal needs lol

It’s been a few years since out case but I realized I never left a review. Our situation and case was very difficult and we were told by 2 other lawyers that what we were seeking was impossible. Pat Mcdaniels did it. He achieved what we needed him to achieve. While my nerves were shot through the process and I was upset that things did not move the way I wanted them too.. that was my own selfishness he did a fantastic job and did what other lawyers weren’t even willing to try.
