Update 9-2017 ... I'm updating my review to 5 stars because after they finally called us back and they realized there was a problem they got on it right away and corrected everything immediately. I appreciate Rena's professionalism and I appreciate the prompt way she handled everything and corrected it for us . To me that tells me everything about this Law Group and their character, their ethics and who they are all the way around. Everybody makes mistakes including professionals it's how we handle them that make us who we are.nnUpdate on review 8-2017... My review on businesses are honest and from my own personal experience... After my husband's garnishment and after I posted a review on Google and Yelp we did get a response from Rena and she did help us clear this matter up. Although the case is not completed and we have not received any paperwork to show his employer so we can stop the garnishment right away, they did respond quickly and I believe a resolution has been completed. As soon as this case is closed and done and all paperwork is completed so my husband's check is safe, I will gladly update my review on the matter because fair is fair and I totally believe in honest and fair opinions on businesses in our community. nnOh my gosh do not use this Law Firm. My husband and I used Rena for a debt issue and she was wonderful she talked with us she seemed caring after the initial payment and consultation was done we never heard from her office again personally. we called several times we emailed several times when we did hear from them they told us everything was fine then all of a sudden my husband gets slapped with a garnishment that's taking 45% of his paycheck. we now have to move and uproot our entire family because we cannot live on only half of his paycheck. all because she never responded back again to us or she kept telling us everything was okay. Now there's a new receptionist in her office who is cold hearted completely uncaring hung up on my husband when he was trying to get ahold of her today just a total rude b**** and we are panicking because this is our entire family that is screwed in this situation so don't pay this office money and don't expect results ear regardless of the other yelpers reviews cuz that's why I chose her from the reviews on this website.
