I have used this firm on many occassions from real estate closings to dispute resolution and other business related legal and collections services. Every transaction was handled quickly, thoroughly and with the utmost professionalism.

I'm a notary signing agent that often contacts companies and I can tell you hands down these guys are not keen with communication. You'll be better off finding another company for your settlement services.

Worked with McDonnell and Associates to buy my home. They were professional and did the job. The only downside was I had to wait about 45 minutes to get the paperwork printed after the assigned appointment time, but part of it was due to my loan provider not getting them the paperwork until about 1 hour prior to appointment. I'm planning on going back for more real estate needs.
