Don’t waste your time they are only out for a quick buck and don’t really care about getting your case through to the end in your favor. My disability got denied but the whole report was full of half truths and lies wasn’t anything accurate at all . So naturally I want an appeal. They said they don’t go that far in the process. Well what good are ya if you don’t go to the very end and exhaust all resources. Now I have a bogus case full of social security workers lieing and I have to go find someone to pick it up and re-explain the whole thing to them. Totally unprofessional. I think if your working a case for some one and they get shafted and it’s chalked full of lies then it your responsibility to make sure that stuff is asked about and solved

Kyle was the only one that had compassion and cared about his clients, no wonder he left. The other Mcginn we had, just cared about the money and “rubbing elbows” with the prosecutors office. I will NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone!! Would give ZERO stars if I could

Yikes! This law firm has had countless issues over the last few years. Lawyers are always coming and going. Our case has been put off so many times. Down to the receptionist, they simply do not care about you. Do not waste your money or your time with this lawfirm.

The worst attorney hands down. The guy took myself to trial and literally did nothing for me. My case should have been dismissed. Just wanted money and sat back and got it.

Dan McGinn was my attorney for my divorce. The retainer fee was very reasonable and Dan is a warm, friendly person and easy to talk to. However, he is not very good at communicating. I spent many hours calling or emailing to get information regarding my case. Having never gone through a divorce before, I was not knowledgeable about the process. The lack of communication was very frustrating and stressful to me. The final decree took longer to obtain than necessary, in my opinion. Documents were sent via email and it was difficult for me to print them as I did not have a printer available to me. I had to ask twice to get a paper copy of the final decree. Like I said he is a very friendly person but his communication skills regarding my divorce could have been better. Just sayin'.
