I am no longer affiliated with this company. My main issue with this company was their lack of service. I am a retired person. This company held my medical annuity. I was stressed monthly by them for my reimbursement. I was required every 6 months to prove I was using the annuity properly... they don't answer the phone for questions...it was just a stressful ordeal. They've since been relieved of responsibility to my annuity which is a relief because this really caused monthly stress. I actually drove here to meet in person once...a 140 mile round trip to contact these people. An absolutely terrible company to handle your finances.

High fees and you can't move your money around to different investment options throughout the year without a fee. Their rate of return financial information is never up to date on the website. No perspectives are posted or shared. They won't even post which holdings they selected for their members. Website is poor and has very little access to information relevant to the member.

Excellent customer service. Always willing to assist with any issue

Excellent partner for health insurance, for School Districts.
