As a fellow lawyer, I feel like I have a unique perspective on how lawyers should operate as a fellow Family Law (well, QDRO) and estate planning attorney. These folks exceeded every single expectation we might have had. My dad lives in Nebraska, far from anywhere I can be of help as a lawyer, so my sister picked out a law firm to handle his trust. The attorneys here are great. The firm handled our guardianship case, through the whole process, all of our needs were immediately addressed. Linsey also handled 2 estate planning cases for us. Sherry Burkholder violated my attorney client privilege after I fired her for giving me very bad legal advise in my divorce.. further she actually testified against me to further damage my case. I will be filing a lawsuit.
