I can highly recommend Louise Paglen of The McIntosh Law Firm. She assisted my mother with estate planning and health care documents. She was able to easily talk to my mother and explain the benefits and reasons for all the documents she needed, which helped greatly. The entire staff was professional and courteous. MacIntosh also has a schedule of fees for estate planning, so we knew beforehand what we were getting and at a fixed cost, which many other firms do not offer. We got paper and electronic copies of everything, and they even did the filings with the state. My mom died and I needed to find a lawyer to help with estate matters and this was by far the most expensive one I talked to.
