This attorneys office is great! The claim representative Aida Zevallos is an amazing person that always is willing to explain and help me to understand the process. I was at first a little "skeppy" to go to a firm I had no knowledge about. Was I so mistaken for feeling like that! Overall I am very happy with them. They always answer my questions. I normally leave a voicemail and get a response the next day. The staff is very helpful. The CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE Rafael Hernandez is excellent. He works well above his pay grade. Whatever the pay him,They should give him more!!!!
