Drove in the Drive-Thru was wrapped around the building. Decided it would probably be faster to go inside. Discovered when I got inside I had to use a kiosk. Used it, gentleman at the cash register never said a word to to me and went into the back. Eye and two other gentlemen that walked in and I waited for 5 to10 minutes with no one at the counter. Finally someone came out to deliver a to-go order. And she ignored me I spoke up and asked when I was going to received my order is I did not see the number up on the display. When I told her the number she said I was supposed to pay for it first which is a little difficult to do when there was no one to asked me why I was standing there or to take my money. and she just started to bring up my order ice ask her if this minute hadn't even been placed and she replied yes. at this point I was now 5 to 10 minutes late for my appointment, took my money back and left. I had had no breakfast or lunch, it was around 3:30, and all I wanted was a chicken wrap and a coke to get something in my stomach. I will think twice before I ever go to this McDonald's again.
