DO NOT use this firm to close, especially through Zillow. The attorney Scott Mills is interested only in his bottom dollar from these fast paced "easy" closings and shows no interest in being fair and honest to the Selling parties. This firm made a change to an executed Closing Settlement Statement - they reduced our proceeds by almost $1,000.00 without prior permission, notification or explanation! We realized the wired proceeds were short only after receiving the funds. I've been trying for over a week to get an explanation, or document, which would have given Mr. Mills the authority he assumed to have - to no avail. He will not answer me. He has passed my email off to other persons and does not have the courtesy to respond himself. Very dishonest and underhanded way to operate - Request a different firm to handle your closing.
