Literally if I could go less than 1 star I would. This place is awful and uncaring to the needs of patients. I have never experienced a worse place to go to. Not once but twice I had doctors leave without notice or leaving notes. They are unqualified to be handling mental health. They will make everything worse and displace your trust in counseling. BE WARNED.

I like Dr. Kang, but the receptionists are probably the worst I've ever come across. They are consistently rude, and they make you wait forever while they are doing NOTHING. I feel like the second I walk in the door, they see me as a nuisance. It's shocking to me that they still have jobs!

Called twice and registered online as well with no response. Apparently obtaining mental health appointments is difficult ( demand exceeding supply perhaps?) but a professionally run operation would at least called back to advise as much. FYI - happily settled at Vista Behavioral Health .

Scheduled appt today for 1230 -1pm and no one was there. Also, the sign is for another business name. No one was here this place looks abandon. However, I was scheduled for an appt at this location. Waste of time do not bother going here.

Receptionists are not very nice, make you wait, standing there for a very long time to check in when they are not even doing anything. Not worth the money spent here to see a CRNP for 5-10 mins. Its ridiculous. I'm finding a new psychiatrist asap.
