Attorney McNamara handled a probate case several years ago. Family member with mental health disability was treated abusively by the attorney and Attorney McNamara sent the person threatening emails. This person has been quiet all these years out of fear, but recently decided they wanted their story to be heard and is just exercising their first amendment rights. Threatening email will be forwarded to Barnstable Bar Overseer.

My family retained Tim McNamara at the recommendation of a friend several years ago. Mom and Dad met with him to set up their estate into a trust.
