Mr. Meade came highly recommended by my activism organization, and throughout my case I absolutely understood why. I would like to start by say I appreciate all the hard work this office did for me! It was a long process that was frustrating for all. However I must speak to the lack of professionalism in the staff. I called every few months to check in,one call ended in the paralegal screaming at me over the phone and me telling her to calm down. Then when I asked to not have to deal with her again,she not only called back but teased me saying she was the one I spoke to last. I'd suggest retraining or hiring someone new to speak to clients. I hope for success for this office but I would not work with them again as long as that paralegal works there
