Went here for mediation... The other side wasnt prepared properly and the mediation was flawed to kingdom come. They don't work on nor report facts to the judge just an impasse if one side doesnt bend for the other side. "Superfknflawed mediations" should be the name of this place. Shameful. And they charge!!!!

Evidenced by a few reviewers here, some cases, and the people who bring them, are losers. Speaking from vast legal experience and my deep knowledge of Mr. Jose Medina and his work ethic, the mediocre reviews here are misplaced internet rage. He has been practicing law for MANY years and understands the cases that come through the door. On occasion, he even used to do telephone consultations for free! I have witnessed him settle cases between individuals having a fallout without even going to court, saving them thousands, and prepare their agreement from scratch right on the spot. These are the insights that Mr. Medina brings to the table. He brings options. Sometimes, people cant put their money where their mouth is or can't get over the hatred they have not for someone they once loved. This is world shattering for those people and my heart goes out to them. They should have thought about the financial implications of marriage before jumping in the fire. For the sake of online reviewing, let's keep it professional so we can tell it how it is without slander. I have worked with attorneys for over 15 years and I still have yet to meet someone as kindhearted and hard working as Jose and his family. Cheers.

Jose and his staff are great people. My family used them as a guardian for child custody. And they made sure to look out for my son's best interest. They made sure to look at every aspect of the situation. They leave no stone unturned. Sometimes it might take time to get a clear picture of what things really are. But be patient. They really have the child's best interest at heart.

This is a great family practice with friendly staff. Mr. Medina is an experienced and knowledgeable attorney.

If you dont plan to have a long drawn out case, stay away from him. He will look at your case with $-$ in his eyes. If your case is simple he will have no interest in it, and wont even remember what you discussed at initial meeting. He will make errors on your documents and have other attorneys sign them. When confronted with his errors, he argued and became so defensive that he offered to withdraw 2 days before a hearing. Spend your money anywhere else.
