Good estate planner

My wife and I had an interview with Mr. Medley and he steered us in the right direction to get our affairs in order and prepare for life's surprises. We accepted his plan and within a few days signed the paperwork to finalize our wishes. Now we can sleep easy knowing that Nicholas is a phone call away if we should need more advice and it is particularly nice that he is in downtown Pensacola only minutes away. He has a vast knowledge of estate planning which he happily shares with clients. We highly recommend his services.

Not at all happy with how he has handled my grandma's things. Someone took her to him and they changed a bunch of stuff, but never told anyone they they had changed poa ect so we had no idea we had been using out dated POA. After meeting with him he emailed me asking for a copy of the entire trust document as he didn't have one yet he had amended it ( he was also missing an amendment) he seemed more happy to act like he knew better than me what my grandma needed yet he clearly didn't know what had actually been going on. ( Elder abuse by her nephew that had brought her the first time) basiclbas didn't think he knew what he was doing and will be going elsewhere.

Mr. Medley came to speak to an Alzheimer's Family Services caregiver support group and was very informative. Each member of the group commented positively concerning his interaction with each person and his knowledge concerning elder law. Everyone appreciated Mr. Medley's time he took to speak to the group and his preparation.
