In my opinion, Jonathan Pena is an exceptionally ethical lawyer. He worked on my case for a short duration, however, his team was quick and effective.

I’ve called this office twice for my SSI Disability appeal. I have yet to receive a call back. I was referred by a friend that’s Gone there previously. And gave me a good reference. I looked at the reviews and for the most part they were good. I called twice. In hopes I can get help with my questions. If I’m not mistaken we get 60 days to appeal and this office doesn’t call back. If you try them I would only wait 3 days to get called back. This is my third week and nothing. Today I called another office and was conducted a questionnaire and an appointment the same phone call. I understand they have a lot of cases but if they can’t take any at the time they should let us know and not say someone will call you back. Time is limited! The second time I called I did get an apology but what good does it do if we don’t get the service at the end.

Jonathan Pena and his team went above and beyond to get my case settled and I appreciate it very much thank you for all your hard work that you put in for me without you I wouldn't have ever received my disability God bless you

When i was denied my benefits. I did some real homework and searched for someone to take my case and found Mr pena and his staff fit my needs and am i forever indebted for them doing such an awesome job and getting my appeal granted.
