Attorney Mergl is a thief. We hired him to help us on a few different matters and he did nothing. He made excuse after excuse. Didn’t show up for court. Dodged phone calls. He stole our money. After hiring an investigator, we discovered neumerous others. If you are a victim, you must file a complaint with the disciplinary board. Also call the Mercer County Prosecutors office.

I paid him to represent my son in court. On his court hearing he rescheduled the hearing for 3 months. Didn't show up. He won't answer his calls. He won't represent my son and we paid him. Worse Attorney in Mercer County. Won't reply to nothing. Court house says my son has no Attorney. He corresponded before I paid him, now nothing. Just want everyone to beware of this fake Attorney ????. Very disappointed

I have had several run ins with the law unfortunately and Attorney Mergl has always represented me and got me the best deal I could get.... Once an F1 to restitution and no charges. No he does not have time to sit on the phone with every single client every day to hold your hand like these other people expect. But when he shows up, he SHOWS UP. And he is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of law. Some of these other jokers might need their hands held... I just need a beast in the court room with respect from the other side. And if that's what you want, choose him!

I been trying to get a hold of this attorney sents may the last time I have talk to him he dose not return calls no one is at this office . I payed 2000.00 I get the same song over he is always in court or he has covid. It's bad when you got do your own work to prove your case
