My business had a loss from a car crashing in to the front store window and what I thought will be an easy claim become a nightmare. The insurance company took a over 14 months to deny and close the claim for a nonsense reason . I contacted a few attorneys to find out what to do but they made it even more difficult. If it was possible to give 10 Stars i would. This review is based on Months of working with Attorney Derek Chaiken and his staff. I researched attorneys for approximately 2 weeks for a (IUO) Interview Under Oath that I received from my zero star Hartford insurance carrier. I had a fire loss (arson) that cost me thousands of dollars only to add insult to injury by almost 1 year of Special investigations from my insurance carrier.
