Promised my wife and I a pretty sure win, as he said, "without a doubt an easy case and win". Paid $2,000 after convincing us of a case he had won almost exactly to ours. I had my doubts but Merritt told me I was wrong. So after a couple months, we found out that we wasted $2,000 and he asked that we refile another way for another $2,000 and that we'd maybe win this new route. A waste of time, a waste of money that we didn't have, and made our situation much worse. I highly recommend finding a different lawyer unless throwing money down the drain with no resolve is your thing. Definetly not voting for as a judge!

What a Joke! Terrible attorney. Totally took advantage of an elderly lady. This so called attorney is very hungry and I understand why. Anyone needing legal advice should certainly look elsewhere!
