After disputing them garnishing my bank account we finally settled on a payment plan however they are still reporting to the credit bureau that I am delinquent and my account is still increasing by one dollar every week. I cannot wait until they open on Monday because I have something to say. If I could give this company negative stars I would it almost seems criminal what they are doing. Once you agree on a payment plan two weeks later your account keeps increasing and growing interest. I do not think so. I think they are completely scamming people.

After reading other people's reviews, it seems we are all forgetting that we got ourselves in this situation and these people are doing their jobs. I dealt with Aaron Benson, personally, and he was polite, cooperative and listened to my hope of a payment plan. He was true to his word and today I have paid this account in full. And do you know what, people? Aaron was as happy for me as I was. Thank you Aaron Benson for celebrating with me a debt now off my shoulders!! 5 STARS!

They keep sending court papers and now want to garnish my wages when I had been paying on it which I’m guessing is because I wasn’t paying how much they’ll take out wanted me to pay. When I first was able to get ahold of them and set up a payment plan they wanted me to pay a lot that would leave me without much money at all. When I kept saying that I couldn’t do that and that I could only do so much then they got upset. They push you to pay more than you can afford. They didn’t accept my bank but said that I couldn’t do mail a money order or a check. I mailed checks in and they would say that they didn’t get the check. Then it would magically be cashed and my amount owed would drop. They would call and harass me over and over. For a bit. Then after a while they stopped contacting me and now I can never get ahold of them. Main point is, they put in a garnishment even though I was paying what I could. Now, they are going to be pulling the amount that they want leaving me in an even worse position.

Illegal operating. First they serve you with what appears to be official court document with no case number listed. You can't go to court without a court filing or negotiate with this debt company. They continue to serve you and slam you with excessive usery fees. Because you didn't receive a court time and date, how can you object to the debt? I don't understand how any judge allows $1,200 an additional amount of money owed to these people on top of from where they purchase the debt and how it's legal. Somehow they can be more powerful that the child support agency in taking out all the money somehow legally ordered in court out of your checking or paycheck? There's no mercy. This is why many people may end up in some big financial trouble. Who agrees this needs to be stopped? I intend on filing a class action lawsuit and lobbying against companies that are awarded excessive fees and to cap the amount that can be garnished by any debt collector to prevent hardships on individuals. This garnishment could have gotten me killed. How? They took it all. I may have needed that money for life saving medications. Or rent or child support. (Which I did) I will require help and I am slightly afraid I could end up on the morning news with an untimely unalived moment. But I was born for this and I am not afraid. My daughter and your sons and daughters don't deserve to be food for people that can't get real jobs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband has an account in collections and we sent paperwork agreeing to the payment plan in 01/24 and now in 12/24, they've started a court case because they never received the signed paperwork. I had called to let them know it was in the mail on 1/9/24, we've been making payments, there's been no contact attempts, no notification that paperwork was never received, nothing, until we got something from the courts notifying us of the court case. No help was provided over the phone, and I was told a supervisor would contact me, but I'm not hopeful for that as I've had to reach out after asking them to reach out about this.
