10/10 Meghan and Kim were so awesome through the process of my husband adopting my daughter. The whole process took about 5-6 months and really was effortless. Anything we had to do was laid out with very clear instructions, and any time we had to communicate there was very prompt response. I hope I never need her services again, but if i do, there is NO doubt i will be a returning costumer. And price was VERY fair, no sneaky charges or anything like that. THANKS AGAIN!

Took retainer after assuring she could help then waited two weeks said she was mistaken toll 600 of the retainer and has not refunded anything as of yet.

Worst attorney I’ve ever dealt with—and I’ve shamefully been through criminal court with a public defender. You might as well kiss your money goodbye. I retained Kugel for over a year— only for her to advocate for the opposing party when it wasn’t necessary nor justified. This whole office doesn’t know how to answer a phone. Even for “emergencies” where you refer to the paralegal. I bet they’re thrilled Covid came around to give them an excuse. I had better luck speaking direct with OTHER lawyers same day for 1.5 hours consultations (whom I don’t retain), than to speak with my own which I have retained and pay regularly for 13+ months or so regarding urgent matters. My case never saw a courtroom, only mediation and settlement conferences. And you guessed it! I was the one who had to sacrifice demands in the settlement, with no backbone or defense help from said counsel. My case isn’t that difficult either? I could have all the witnesses, evidence, and paperwork that she shouldn’t even have needed from me and they probably still couldn’t get the email sent out, or the call made. We had a black and white agreement and Meghan was advocating for my opposers interest telling me that I’m “having my cake and eating it to” by strictly following an agreement that SHE TYPED UP. Terrible at their jobs, with no consideration for peoples lives being shaken up by their failure to engage. Even had to stop by their office, and whoever met me was less than desirable to deal with also. (oh yeah, I never met meghan face to face the entirety of her representing me, or lack thereof) She’s the cheapest attorney I’ve ever even heard of, and no wonder why at all. I’m angry at myself for hiring this firm. Please save yourself and don’t make the same mistake as me.

I was hopeful when hiring Meyers/Kugel. Teresa Meyers appeared to have postive reviews and I felt she could help with my case. I was sorely mistaken. She showed little interest in helping but gladly accepted my payment. We had the same conversation over three times as to what I was looking to achieve but no plan was ever implemented and nothing actually ever got filed. She was also unresponsive to emails but yet I'm being charged for emails she didn't even respond to. I couldn't be more disappointed and unsatisfied with this law firm. It appears she has done this to others as well.

To call Meghan “Amazing” is an understatement. Meghan and her associates are a prime example of attorneys that care for their clients. Highly recommend!
