I definitely do not recommend working with Debra Schub Esq. on any real estate transaction who is employed at this law firm. She is not a competent real estate attorney and isn't available when needed, poor communication and doesn't care for clients interest, and wants to push her agenda. If you hire this firm stay away from her, make it clear that you do not want to work with her on your file.
