Avoid. We lost a house due to his incompetency. The contract was in his hands for 7 days and when the lawyers from the other side called him to find out when he would review the contract so we could sign it he could not give an answer. This was after us calling and going to his office multiple times in a week. His excuse was people are in the hospital dying who have Wills to be completed. He is a complete fraud. If he could not get to the contract he should have let us known. He knows there are multiple offers on homes and you need to act in a time efficient manner. Anyway we lost a beautiful house. Do yourself a favor and do not let this happen to you. You will regret dealing with him. In addition he took a thousand dollars of our money for doing nothing.
