Micheal Fannon was absolutely useless. You’re absolutely better off getting a public defender. He did absolutely nothing for our case, but leave my brother In law in jail for 8 months. And once we “exhausted” the $10,000 he charged us we had to get a public defender, which we were scared because of the stigma that comes with them. My brother in laws new public defender got him out within FOUR days of taking his case, while Micheal did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the case. He is a thief, and I wouldn’t waste or want anyone else to waste a single penny on this “lawyer” because he is the definition of useless.

I was very happy with what he has done for my son, he made true on everything he said to his father and I. We are forever greatful! Thank you Michael. God bless you.

I was extremely disappointed in Mr Fannon’s handling of my sons case.i paid him 1,800.00 and he only showed up for court one time. Mr. Fannon left my son standing up in court with no representation several times. I called his office nearly every day and I’d be lucky if he called me back 1 or 2 weeks later. Mr. Fannon told me on several occasions that he would look into charges bieng filed against my son that were questionable and he never did. My son received a harsher sentence because Mr. Fannon neglected his obligations and duties to him as his attorney.
