We were referred to Tidwell Higdon and Associates by several other attorneys that do not do the type of law that we needed. We did the 1 hour consultation at $250. Fine. We took only 30 minutes, but paid for the full hour. Also fine (though not great). We had some follow-up questions, including needing a standard / boilerplate form -- this cost us an additional $250. (Valuing your customers might have had you include this with the 1 hour that was already paid.) Minus 1 star. The form was not created properly, which could have jeopardized our effort. From the information the Attny had, it should have been correct. We caught the error, and got it revised. Minus 1 more star. We had some follow-up questions regarding the process, and she has not returned our calls. Minus 1 more star. Not the worst-of-the-worst (we think). But WOW, she really gave us the impression that she did not care about us at all, would not be a "legal guide" or "partner" with us in our endeavor (for billable time, of course!). It seemed more like we were small fish, extra money, maybe to make a payment on her expensive ? Not great service, not great legal product.

I have used Mr. Tidwell for numerous items in 2019. I have found him to be very resourceful, determined, and competitively priced. He is not hesitant to consult other professionals as the need arises. I am glad I found him.
