Mike met with me and we spoke for an hour however, a red flag went up when he shared his 800 caseload and that he was the only attorney. After our meeting I phoned him and texted with a couple of questions. He never returned my call or text. If you can't return my call then there is effective no service.

I've been involved in several primary home sales/purchases and, like most consumers, have relied on the real estate “people” to guide me. I recently had a transaction that wasn't going well and had felt that I no choice but to get help from an attorney. I was referred to Michael James who has been helping me with my predicament during the past several months. My take-aways from this lesson: 1) All parties involved in these transactions are self-serving and really only care about benefiting themselves. 2) I will never get involved in a transaction again without someone representing me. It may cost a few hundred bucks more but will ensure everyone else is on their best behavior. 3) Michael James is awesome. He has years of knowledge and experience along with excellent communication skills and a rock-solid business sense. I would highly recommend Michael!
