Let me start by saying I am extremely pleased by Mr. Cernyar's work, professionalism, and devotion to his clients. He was very honest and never made any false promises about the outcome of my case nor did he try to seek compensation further than our initial contract. I initially consulted and even hired other experienced attorneys but nothing got accomplished. Mr. Cernyar worked on my case for over six months and was able to get my case dismissed which I was told by previous attorneys was impossible. BEWARE THIS ATTORNEY HAS CONFIDENTIALITY ISSUES!! i think when you pay someone up front and they go to court for you on your behalf, you deserve to hear from them within, say 48hours. Especially considering that if he didn't go on your behalf that a bench warrant could be issued for your arrest. How much does good communication cost? Because i would have paid for that if i had know it cost extra... he has time to reply back with his opinion of my character and online reviews...but nothing about the questions i asked about my case. reply all does not equal client confidentiality. very unprofessional..
