He has never contacted us about the case. It has been almost one year. We have to be doing the calls and follow up. Most times our calls were never returned. I feel like I could do a better job in representing my family. I don't feel like he cares about the case and our interest.

We were referred to Mike after an auto accident involving my husband and brother in law. Overall great experience given the situation and difficult insurance company we were up against. He has since helped us form a corporation for our small business and a friend of ours is a client of his now too.
