Adam Sullivan got the job done for us however, it was in poor manner. Customer service was horrible as well as the accountability, timeliness, and follow through. A quote of $700-$1,000 turned into a nearly $3,000 bill. The job is done, however, I would not recommend this law firm. The client is definitely NOT of priority. They care about the minutes rather than the needs of the client. It is VERY hard to advocate for oneself without getting charged or retaliation from the lawyer.

They have attorneys that specialize in each aspect of business law that I have needed help with. I'm not paying for them for the time to do the research because they already know the answers or refer me to another attorney in the form that does.
