When I reported Michelle's poor representation of my case to the bar she responded "GFY you Psychotic Nit". 8 days before trial she demanded I pay her $2,400 to prepare for trial when I initially paid her $3,800 to prepare for trial. She never met me to prepare for trial and gave my entire defense to the opposing party and then didn't defend me against it court. Worst attorney I've ever encountered. She mummbled under her breath while the judge spoke, beyond disrespectful. RUN unless you want to be lied to and or would like to just give money away. Don't hire her, please look at yelp reviews. She exploited my love to protect my child for her own personal gain. I am not the only person she has done this too. I wish someone would have warned me. My child is in awful situation. Called me a psycho in response to my Facebook review:n"NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE. Took $5100 "retainer" and in 4 months filed 1 paper at courthouse and I have the docket to prove it. Charged me to receive, read and reply to emails. Very nasty rude responses to all requests for status updates. Terminated her employment and she kept charging me for phone calls to me and my family about keeping her job. Demanding I sign a paper saying she quits even after I fired her. Now pursuing a bar complaint and fee dispute. Stay far far away!
