This law firm is not trustworthy. I was buying a business and I choose them for closing. Alex was working on contract. He made changes in payment terms in contract as per sellers instructions without confirming with me. Also, they over charged me for the phone call. Luckily I crossed check my call logs and find out that they charged me extra hours. I will never work with this firm.

I recently worked with a Ethan Underwood and his team for a 20 acre rezoning from residential to commercial. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were incredibly knowledgeable about local zoning regulations and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. The communication was top-notch, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend their services.
