I have hired Gregg a couple of times for various matters. He's never let me down. His paralegal (his new one!) is fabulous as well, very organized, communicates well, etc. This firm has been worth every cent I've paid. In regards to previous negative reviews - I do know there was a much-needed staffing change that took place approximately a year ago. The previous individual was not efficient in most ways - record keeping, statements, follow-up, etc. I was hugely disappointed with her, despite my continued satisfaction with Gregg. Staff changes, again, were made and the whole experience has greatly improved since. Prior to this - I would have given 2-3 stars. Since, easily 5. Gregg is a good attorney. He does what I need him to do in the way I want it done. I'm sorry he's not providing his services at my new location - I'd happily hire him for his services again weren't that an issue.

I hired this firm to handle my custody issue and have be impressed with their professionalism and expertise from the beginning. The attorneys are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I can't say enough great things about their staff, they stay so on top of my case, it's amazing! I highly recommend them!!!

The staff is very pleasant to talk to and helpful with any questions and concerns I had regarding my divorce and custody battle. My attorney Sherry Miller was as sweet as can be, had very good pricing, and held my hand through the process. I one hundred percent recommend this law firm.

In response to Cornelius Boyd's review-Mr. Boyd retained counsel for litigation. After discussing what course of action he would like to pursue, Mr. Boyd was asked to provide additional information. Mr. Boyd failed to provide the information required to prepare the necessary documents, even after being contacted by the office on multiple occasions as follow-up. Three months after retaining this firm Mr. Boyd finally contacted the office to indicate that he no longer wished to pursue litigation. Mr. Boyd was charged for the minimal work done on his matter and was refunded the majority of his retainer.

After months of an ongoing (and still ongoing) custody battle over my granddaughter, due to the passing of my daughter, my husband and I put our money and trust in Mrs. Miller. BIG mistake!!! We live in Ohio and have to travel to NC only to continue to get unkept promises by her, nothing but money hungry!!! Don't waste your time!!!
