Conrad Miller was my lawyer, but unfortunately, my case was not given enough importance. As a result, I had to terminate his services. I requested a refund, but he provided excuses and refused to issue one. Throughout the entire process, my case was prolonged and no resolution was reached. I have evidence in the form of email correspondence, showing that I consistently reached out to him for updates on the status of my case. He suggested that I simply agree with my ex-lawyer, which I strongly disagreed with and fought against, as any mother would. However, his excuses were weak. I have proof that he informed me he would send a proposal, but it was never actually sent. My case was constantly subject to delays. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Conrad Miller as a lawyer. He only takes divorce case money and forget about them. The saying is you pay for what you get! He's definitely that!

I hired Conrad to file for a divorce. He took my money and then did nothing for 10 months. 3 months after I fired him he finally gave me a bill. I had to hire another attorney and start all over again. The new attorney ask him for his files but he sent NONE to them. He doesn't do divorce that I know of and he seems to have no knowledge of the divorce process. All he could do was hand me papers and say "fill them out the best you can". Here's where he shows his true character, Conrad exaggerated his bill to keep most of my retainer. He lied. I have a complaint filed with the Kansas State Bar. Unfortunately, the Bar doesn't resolve billing disputes. He literally stole from me. Hopefully the Bar finds the other issues enough to reprimand him.

I reached out to this law firm, particularly Conrad Miller to help me with my sons adoption case. Overall it was not a bad experience. Once the court hearing was over however it was a process to get the legal documents needed to finalize the adoption on my end. It took me almost 2 months post the court hearing to get the documents I was asking for after countless emails to Mr. Miller. Affordable service, but extremely poor communication at the end of the service. This was after $1,000.00 was spent on service, so you can understand why I was so nervous and pushing to get a response back. Just keep the email threads moving, and keep the replies going. I paid for a service and I expect a reply to be sent within a reasonable time frame. A reasonable time frame being 1-2 days max, not weeks at a time requiring for another email to be sent from the customers end.

Conrad and Lisa were fantastic!!!! They were prompt in communicating with us and helping us complete our tasks!! Would highly recommend them for your legal needs!
